These terms govern your use of the OpenCheque website operated by Opencheque LLC. They do not create a right to use any OpenCheque product and do not replace any written agreement between Opencheque LLC and a customer, provider, subscriber or partner.

Who we are

This website is operated by Opencheque LLC. OpenCheque builds trust infrastructure for permissioned, consent-driven information exchange between institutions. Its products include Trust Exchange, the FinCrime Network and Locara.

Permitted use

You may view this website, and download or print reasonable extracts, to evaluate OpenCheque products or to inform a business decision within your organisation. You may share a link to any page.

What you must not do
